Four Degrees West Beach House is a beautifully presented, pet-free coastal escape with uninterrupted, west-facing sea views across Cardigan Bay — perfect for watching breathtaking sunsets from the lounge, balcony, or garden.

The bright open-plan living and dining area features real oak flooring and a contemporary, relaxed seaside feel. Guests can unwind on comfortable sofas, enjoy entertainment on the Smart TV (with Netflix and Prime Video), or gather around the extendable oak dining table. Patio doors open onto the balcony, where a rattan bistro set provides an idyllic spot for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine overlooking the waves.

On the upper level, the modern fully fitted kitchen combines style and practicality with matte white units, block wood worktops, a Belfast sink, and tiled flooring. It includes everything you need for a home-from-home stay: integrated oven, ceramic hob, extractor, tall fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, and 4-slice toaster.

Downstairs, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms and the family bathroom. Both bedrooms feature oak flooring, quality wooden furniture, crisp white bedding, and soft towels. The front bedroom has a double bed, while the rear bedroom offers two full-size single beds — ideal for friends, siblings, or adults. A travel cot and highchair are also provided for families.

Through the rear bedroom, a cosy sunroom with basket chairs provides a peaceful reading nook with views over the terrace. Outside, the spacious terrace features a large picnic bench and generous space for sunbathing, dining al fresco, or simply taking in the scenery. A private gate offers direct access down to the beach.
